As an action, you can apply this collimator to one lightweapon within 5 feet, granting it a +3 bonus to attack rolls and dealing an additional 1d8 damage for 1 minute. This bonus is in addition to any bonuses granted by the weapon. Additionally, for the duration, the weapon gains the shocking 17 property. If it already has the shocking property, its shocking number increases by 5, to a maximum of 18. Lastly, if the weapon is not enhanced, it becomes enhanced for the duration.
