When you advance a rank in your primary deployment, you may select a deployment maneuver (collaboration, gambit, technique, disruption, tactic, or stratagem) from any deployment instead of your primary deployment. If your chosen maneuver is a technique, you can use a power die from any location instead of a tech die for that technique.
